Shipping Processing and Time
All orders for our physical products are processed and prepared for delivery within 7 – 10 working business days from the date of purchase.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Undeliverable Orders
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information provided by the customer are subject to a restocking fee (to be determined by Ezmonei) to cover the cost of lost shipping and processing.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Ezmonei is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must report the issue to the local authorities and the shipping carrier.
Return Request Policy
Ezmonei allows you to return its physical item(s) within a period of 3 days from the date of delivery. Kindly be advised that, to be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be returned unopened and unused, and in the same condition that you received them. Out of Stock Item Process
In the event that an item in your order is found to be out of stock, Ezmonei will offer the following option:
