Exchange Policy

At Ezmonei, we take great pride in creating high-quality customized products designed especially for you. Each order is made with care, and your satisfaction is our priority.

Please read our Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Since our products are customized or personalized, exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

    • The product received is defective or damaged upon arrival.

    • The product is different from what was ordered (wrong design, color, or size).

  • To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products that are customized or made to order cannot be exchanged for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, or dislike of design/color.

  • Gift cards, sale items, and promotional products are non-exchangeable.

3. Exchange Process

If your item meets the exchange criteria:

  1. Email us at support@ezmonei.com with your order number, issue details, and photo/video proof of the defect or incorrect product.

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

  4. After receiving the returned item, we will process your exchange and send a replacement product within 7–10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to an error on our part (defective or wrong product), we will cover the return and replacement shipping costs.

  • If the exchange is requested for any other reason (where eligible), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.

5. Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must be unused, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for exchange.
